Wiccaweys have been rescuing and helping Border Collies overcome their problems for many years. Our 'hands-on' approach means we can offer you one-to-one advice which is based on actual experience - rather than text-book methods.  We're not a franchise, and we're not doing this because we've taken a two week course.  When you choose Wiccaweys to help you with your dog, you'll be calling on actual experience with 'dogs with problems'.

In our experience, it is vital that you get advice as soon as you realise there is a problem. Some homes will wait until a problem reaches crisis point before dealing with it. Often the dog then has to be re-homed, because the problem has gone too far. The quicker you seek advice, the easier it is to deal with the problem.

Unlike some other 'behaviourists', who believe every dog can be treated in the same way, we believe that each dog is an individual, and needs to be assessed as an individual. Whilst there are some traits which are constant from dog to dog, the same problems can have many different underlying causes. We specialise in helping people with Border Collies, who often come into rescue because their high-drive working instinct can make them difficult to live with.
