10am
& 7pm, Monday - Friday
10am & 4pm, Saturday - Sunday

do not call outside these hours.
You
are not calling an office with an answer machine, you are calling
our home, and you will be speaking to Sarah or Paul only. The phone is constantly with us and if you call at 10.45pm on a Sunday
evening, you will be waking us up!

section carefully before calling.
If
we do not answer, please leave a message as we are usually on another
call, with visitors, or working with the dogs. We will call you back
as soon as possible.

NOTE: DUE TO A HUGE AMOUNT OF SPAM & COLD CALLS WE WILL NOT ANSWER
CALLS FROM 'WITHHELD' NUMBERS, 'PRIVATE' NUMBERS OR 'CALL' NUMBERS.
If your number falls into one of these catagories, please leave your
name and number and we will return your call as soon as possible,
please do not continually call as it will not be answered.
Please be patient if we are unable to
return your call immediately. There are only 2 people
who deal with the calls. Behavioural calls can take 1 - 2 hours at
a time. We often receive and return up to 60 calls a day. During busy
times it may be a few days before we are able to call you back. We
work through the calls as a list, in date and time order as they are
received.
Due to weekends being our busiest time for visitors,
messages left on Saturday & Sunday may not be returned
until the following Monday onwards.
We are unable to take behavioural advice calls on Saturday & Sunday.
Leaving a message: Please speak clearly and leave
your full name & number including dialing code, and a short message
about your enquiry. If you do not leave a number, we can not call
you back.
